Research and Publications

 

Program Development

With years of experience in developing new programs at the school district and higher education levels, my services include program development and evaluation of new initiative. My expertise in the program development includes:

  • Establishing a district-wide AVID program for secondary schools

  • Program evaluation of USDOE grant funded smaller learning communities initiative (district level)

  • Establishing Master's in Educational Leadership program for US private university

  • Establishing numerous girls mentoring programs for public schools and church ministry

Teacher Evaluation

I have conducted over 1,000 teacher observations and evaluations using the Danielson Framework for Teaching. My services include providing trainings on teacher evaluation, walk thrus, and calibration with school administrators.
